I need help finding my page (I get err404) and moving it to my server at one.com

Hello dear wordpress-wise person!

I have been trying to move my site from https://www.meningogmindfulness.dk/wordpress to https://www.meningogmindfulness.dk, a domain I bought from one.com. I never made a blog before and I have made some mistakes trying to move it. Suddenly I get error “403 Forbidden” or “404 not found” trying to go to the page or the admin page.

I have been using FileZilla and deleted what I thought was a backup. And I just installed a plugin that should make automatic backups. I have no idea what went wrong. Do you? And could you help me?

1) How do I get my page back?

2) How do I move it to my own domain?

I am new to this and kinda need it in a baby-homepage-language!
