i lost access to my account

I’ve lost access to my account some how!

I believe it’s due to using Clef as a log in.

I have my username, but for some reason I believe the email address associated to it is not correct, as a web developer originally set it up for me.

I’m trying to reset password, but think it’s sending the reset link to new password.
