I need help accessing the demo version of my website

Looking at https://www.manic-expression.com/dev/ it does not seem that much work / content was done. Other then a few pages which were added, it appears to be a completely standard default WordPress “Twenty Thirteen” theme.

I know, but I still want to be able to get in and edit/get whatever is used from it, any thoughts on that?

I cannot, the demo website doesn’t have the same users as the main site is what I’m gathering, is there a way to add a user/admin via the file manager directly?
