    Hi I am new to using google shopping. I will gladly purchase the elite version if I can get this running. I have a feed created but nothing shows up in Google Merchant. From your video, I don’t know how to get the feed to upload to Google Merchant. On shopify, the apps upload it automatically. I assumed your plugin would do the same.

    Also, can I just upload some of the products into Google Merchant, or do I have to load all of them on the 1st upload?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    The plugin creates a product feed for you (which it automatically refreshed on the interval you configured it on). The URL of this product feed you need to copy/paste to your Google Merchant Center (Feed settings) so Google can retrieve your products from the feed and upload it to their Merchant Center.

    I appreciate your quick response. Although now I understand what I have to do, I have no idea how to do it. I cannot find any information on your documentation describing this process. I really could use a more thorough explanation of the process.

    You’re awesome! Thanks for the reply so quickly. Unfortunately, I have watched this video before, and it does not answer the question I have. Does your plugin transfer the feed via API? I do not want to load the products via google sheets, I am trying to have the plugin load them for me if possible or how would I go about post the url link of the feed? Basically I would like to handle the feed in the same manner the Shoppify App does.

    Hi jbib,

    Our plugin does not use Google’s Content API. I actually think none of our competitor plugins for Google Shopping do so either as it would require quite some technical insight from our users (having to create an Google API account and API keys is too difficult for 99% of the non-technical users).

    The plugin creates a product feed which it refreshes automatically at set intervals. Google retrieves that URL (so you are not using Google sheets for this but the XML feed our plugin creates) and puts / refreshes your products in their merchant center.
