I need Help

I’m trying to create a site where I set up categories as almost a search criteria. A post can be relevant to more than one category.

When the reader clicks on a category I like to bring up all the posts but in FULL. Each post will just contain a table with some formatting.

Here is an example site about credit cards

Look at the main page. There is a list of different types of cards to search on and each one of those links brings up a page related to that criteria

I want to create links like that but as a category

How can I do this in WP?
