I need Cyrillic encoding for everything!!! HELP!!

I installed a co;pletely new wordpress using fantastico de luxe on bluehost. I have put a nice theme. But noz if i post something in cyrillic,it all becomes like this ???????????? .

How can I solve this out? Thanks Guys,cos I am loosing visitors everyday.
