I need alternative tag separator character

I use WordPress Farsi (Persian), but I always have a serious problem with the tag delimiter, because it forces me to switch between Farsi and English for every tag. In Persian language, we don’t have any “,”. Instead, we have the Persian comma “?”. I would like to allow my users to separate the tags with both types: “,” and “?”. This feature is very important to Farsi users, because currently they have to take a lot of time switching between Farsi and English language. For example they need to switch 30 times when they want to add 15 tags. I wish there were a way to solve this via code or plugin.
