You should get Themes from reputable sources, including sites that don’t violate the GPL by being released under a proprietary license while bundling a bunch of GPL Plugins, violate the WordPress trademark domain name policy, or add encrypted footers.
I’m guessing your site doesn’t have anything to do with any of the following links that are added to your site footer:
