I need a way of automatic data export > import to a different site

I’ve Googled it but came up blank!

I have 2 WordPress websites, one is an intranet where people update their information, the other a front facing consumer website. I need the consumer site to be updated everyday automatically from the information that’s entered into the intranet. But i also need it to be Google indexed, aka the information has to actually exist on the consumer site.

The best idea I have come up with is an automatic excel download sent to the new website that then automatically updates it’s own records…..

Can someone advise a plugin or way of doing this??
