Membership plugin

I am building a website for a basketball trainer. He wants to be able to create multi-level paid memberships for the kids he trains. When they book a session, it automatically comes off their membership.

Ie. Kids can purchase a 6 session membership… every time they come to a session, he scans their membership QR code and it automatically comes off their membership.

There has to be something like this out there but I don’t see anything anywhere!
