I need a specific theme…anyone know where i can find?

  • I want a theme that has CATEGORIES shown as buttons running underneath the header, from left to right. And on sidebar all I want is Archives, and black space for future ads.

    I want to use my site to post daily subject matter, but categorize it as well.

    Sorry if this post seems dumb..I’m really new at this, and getting pretty frustrated. I just thought WordPress would be a lot easier to get a site up and running than its turning out to be for me.

  • I don’t know of one but that would very much limit you to only a few categories wouldn’t it?

    It wouldn’t/shouldn’t be too hard to edit your categories file to make that happen.

    I don’t think that’s correct.
    Whatever you want to appear on the top of your site – should be in the header.php of the theme.
    (btw, what do you call “category file”?)
