I need a solution ASAP!

I have a site with regular top navigation. However, there are also links to other internal pages on some of the main pages. Those internal links do not appear in the main nav (and I don’t want them to). What I DO need, though, is a sitemap generator that will not only pull the links from the main nav, but also those internal links.

Does anyone know any plugin that can do this?? I need to get it up ASAP!
