I need a plugin to exten functionality of user admin.

It’s a theme not a page and I can not find any ware but here to post a new topic, so I’m doing it here.
The user admin for a theme I’m using is bare bones and I need something to extend functionality like YouTube user admin, so does anybody know of a plugin that I can use to add functionality?
The theme is VideoPro.
