I Moved to a new host and now i am getting this error please help!!!

I just moved my wordpress blog to a new host and now i am getting this error:

i tried to grab the advanced-cache.php file but i can’t download the file using my ftp client. It says file not found. Can anyone provide some insight here? thank you i appreciate any and all help
