    However, the easiest and fastest solution would probably be to use a backup of the moment before importing the demo data.

    All the style settings and text content will be stored in the database. If you do not use a backup plugin, ask your host if they take regular backups. The idea would be to restore a database backup (if available), from the most recent backup point before you downloaded that demo data.
