I made a typo when first creating a category and can't change it!

    I don’t see a way to change the name of a category once it’s created. The theme takes it from … somewhere. It doesn’t appear to be in the code I see. How can I change the name?
    domain is piggysisters.com
    The category RV Tips and Triks … and while I’m at it, I want to change it to Trailer Talk. Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Hi Little Sister Piggy,

    In your dashboard if you hover over “posts” you’ll see a sub menu that says category. This allows you to change category names.

    You’ll probably want to change the slug as well – the slug is what the URL will be for the the archive page.

    For example, the slug right now is probably piggysisters.com/rv-tips-triks – this will point to the archive page for any posts you put in the category “RV tips and triks” – if you change the category name, you’ll probably want to change the slug too.
