I made a mistake creating a form and don’t know how to correct it

    as i was creating my form to subscribe, i made the mistake of putting in the agree to terms in twice
    now i can’t find a way to correct that.

    Have you been able to resolve this issue? If not then please note that you can remove any fields by going to “MailChimp for WP > Forms” menu in your WordPress admin.
