    Hello!

    First, I’d like to thank you for this plugin and especially the last update. I’m loving that the edits can happen instantly! Great improvement!

    My question is, how do I save edits after they are made? I don’t see a save option and just clicking outside the post removes the cursos but a refresh reverses back the edits.

    Appreciate the help and thanks in advance!

  • The save and cancel buttons are reserved for areas that are locked in styling.

    For other areas, a floating menu box appears, and then there is a check button for save or an x button to cancel.

    Thank you for your help!

    But the floating box doesn’t have a checkbox in my end. Here is a picture: https://i.imgur.com/WMvAh.jpg

    Does this happen in all browsers?

    Any JavaScript errors reported? Press Ctrl + Shift + J in Firefox or Chrome to see the console, then refresh the page.

    PS: The buttons won’t show up when editing text widgets. This is pretty inconsistent, but I hope to fix it in the next release.

    I tried Google Chrome and IE9, the console in Chrome shows the following:

    aloha.js:243com.gentics.aloha.PluginRegistry: Could not determine actual language, no languages available for plugin org.fee.plugins.wpSaveCancel
    aloha.js:243com.gentics.aloha.PluginRegistry: Could not determine actual language, no languages available for plugin org.fee.plugins.wpImage

    I get that too, but it still works.

    Is there an image button on the Insert tab?

    Yes I can see that: https://i.imgur.com/NxfgG.jpg

    PS: Tried Firefox too and the same issue happens with it as well.

    Ok, so you’re editing the post content, not text widgets, right?

    Does it work if you switch to the twentyten theme?

    Thread Starter Jaya

    (@moyajaya)

    Yes, it works with twentyten theme but not with the custom one: https://bit.ly/aQVcdI

    That sucks. Is the theme available somewhere?

    Could you email it to me or make an admin account for me on your site so I can take a look? [email protected]

    Thank you!

    Created an account for you.

    The Theme is custom made and not available anywhere.

    I sent the theme files to your email.

    In your child theme’s style.css, you have this rule:

    HTML, BODY, DIV, SPAN, APPLET, OBJECT, IFRAME, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, P, BLOCKQUOTE, PRE, A, ABBR, ACRONYM, ADDRESS, BIG, CITE, CODE, DEL, DFN, EM, FONT, IMG, INS, KBD, Q, S, SAMP, SMALL, STRIKE, STRONG, SUB, SUP, TT, VAR, B, U, I, CENTER, DL, DT, DD, OL, UL, LI, FIELDSET, FORM, LABEL, LEGEND, TABLE, CAPTION, TBODY, TFOOT, THEAD, TR, TH, TD {
      /* More rules here... */
      padding: 0 2px 0 0;
    }

    Of course it’s going to mess everything up. That block is meant as a CSS reset.

    If I change it to padding: 0; – as it should be – the problem goes away.

    You will have to add that 2px padding to the rest of the elements (theme menus etc) separately.

    That worked!!!

    I really can’t thank you enough… but I’ll try: Thanks a million!

    Keep the amazing work! I don’t know what i would do without this plugin ??
