I lost the site!

    Urgent need help, Just installed Wordfence, activated it and run scan and live traffic. Everything worked fine but then I also activated wp-cache. and then the whole site crashes.

    Please tell me what to do?

    Sorry this happened to you. To make sure I understand, you activated WF and it worked fine, then you turned on wp-super-cache and everything broke? The first thing I would do is rename the wp-super-cache folder and see if things come back online. If you can get up and running, that’s the most important thing right now, right?

    So now, let me ask if you had our caching enabled or disabled when you turned on the wp-super-cache?

    Hello, thank you for your response. Yes, it is. When i checked my ftp , it was cache in Word fence also. What will do to restore the site back?

    Did you delete the wp-super-cache folder?

    I already rename the wp-cache. i was able to login now and the nasty ,,, codes that show on my webpages is gone . Thank you very much!
