I lost the rating stars Auto Amazon Links

What is the locale?

The plugin stopped working, then I saw that there was a new update, I installed it and it worked again.

However, now the format of the blocks has changed, and the stars do not appear. And the buy button does not appear either!

What happened?

@loiscr Most issues raised in a few days are related to the end of SiteStripe which the plugin was partially using to retrieve product data. Now that it’s gone, some data are not available including ratings.

PA-API, for some reason, does not include rating information for many items. It could depend on the locale as well.

@rodesro Test some PA-API search requests with ScratchPad.

1. Enter your API keys and Associates tag in the Common Parameters section
2. In the Request Parameters section, enter CustomerReviews in the Resource field
3. Type a test keyword in the Keywords field
4. Press Run request
5. In the Response types section, click on the JSON response

Paste what is there here. If ratings are not included there, the plugin cannot display them.

I suggest you contact the Amazon Associates support regarding this matter and tell them why ratings are not included with screenshots of the ScratchPad results. It is much better to be fixed on the Amazon side.
