I lost the Print Invoice link on Emails

    Hi there. I love this plugin but for some reason, my emails no longer include the Print Invoice link that they used to have when I initially installed this plugin.
    How can I recover it???

    Thank you for appreciating our plugin.

    I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site, but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the print link is loading fine on the email.

    To check the issue, can you please check whether you have enabled “Show link in customer emails”? Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/pa8g3f. There may be a possibility that somehow this setting might be got disabled.

    Yes, the option is marked but it is not being shown on any of the emails generated by WooCommerce……. Is there anything I can do about it??? Because I don’t wanna get rid of the plugin, it is great to me…

    Can you please inform us whether you have made any changes in the plugin settings after the print invoice link stopped working on the email?

    Also, to check the issue, can you please email us and share the access of your site so that we can check and get back to you with an update?

    Hi there. I never made any changes to the plugin. In fact, I uninstalled it and installed it back again and I’m still missing the Print Invoice link on the emails sent by WooCommerce.

    I asked the manager and he doesn’t want me to share access to the website but what I can do is to schedule a Screen Share with you.

    Please let me know what to do.

    According to the image, the link that shows PRINT INVOICE is only for customers email, but not for the emails sent to me as the administrator of the website. Is there any way you can help me with this please?

    its because you overwrote the file you customized to include the print view link to admin emails also, so you need to find that file again, make changes and it will be in your admin emails again, what I done is saved the file so when I update the plugin, I just replace the file with already edited one (aslong as no other changes to that file).

    Hi @housedelafunk,

    In order to add the Print link to the admin email, please try by removing the following condition and check whether it is working fine or not.

    In the add_email_print_url() function which is located in the file includes > class-wcdn-theme.php try removing ‘&& ! $sent_to_admin’ from the condition and check.
