I lost my wordpress org account and my website

  • Dear support team,

    Not sure why I lost my WordPress org account and my website after I come back from another country. I do still have ownership of my domain name which is not expired yet.

    Do you need my registered email of WordPress org account?

    Please help me asap.

  • This is not WordPress related – you will need to ask GoDaddy support.

    I asked Goddy already, but they wanted me to ask wordpress.
    What if I can recover my wordpress account first?
    I still have all the login info, and not be able to login.
    Saying, email not exist when I tried “forgot password”.

    Are you are delivering your wordpress site from the educationtowns.com url?

    Login to Godaddy, and upload an index.html file into the root of your domain to see if it renders.

    Its not required to have www.remarpro.com account to use WordPress software,
    everyone can download and use it without registration here, you only need hosting.

    www.remarpro.com account is used to obtain support on www.remarpro.com forums (including themes and plugins), leave reviews and/or contribute to WordPress development and community in various ways.
