I lost my website speed score

    After installing your jetpack Boost plugin I lost my whole website performance score according to Google PageSpeedInsights.
    Now I disabled your plugin and delete it. Still have the bad score.
    How can I completely remove your generated file from my hosting? I want to get rid of your plugin generated all files and want to the previous position.

    Hey @mimonirbd !

    If you disable something on your site and nothing changes – it’s very likely that something is cached. It may be a WordPress caching plugin or at a service level like Cloudflare.

    Jetpack Boost doesn’t change anything at that level – so if your score is still low without Jetpack Boost active and your cache is cleared – perhaps it wasn’t Boost that decreased your score in the first place ?? ?

    Can you share a few details with me?

    * What was your mobile pagespeed score before activating Jetpack Boost?
    * What was your mobile pagespeed score after activating Jetpack Boost?
    * Which modules did you activate?
    * What is your page URL?

    Before installing the Jetpack boost pack my website mobile score was green (90+) now less than 90 and now Speed Index is yellow but the previous time it was green. Mobile Cumulative Layout Shift was yellow now red!

    Desktop Cumulative Layout Shift & Speed Index was green now yellow.

    I don’t want to share my link publicly if it’s possible give me a mail link I’ll mail you my website link.

    Have you cleared out all the caches on your site?

    Also – PageSpeed scores may vary from test to test, so I’d recommend running the PageSpeed measuring tools multiple times to see what level of variation is natural for your site.
