I lost everything during a restore

I have just done a restore, and now every single plugin on my site has disappeared. I don’t know what’s happened! I think the pages are still there, but I’m not sure.

There was a problem, so I did a restore. And now my website looks fucked… way worse than before the restore.

Please can you help? Why could this have happened? None of the plugins are showing up in WordPress, and everything (including Updraft) is missing.

How do I restore everything??

in addition, i tried to restore only the plugins and it failed each try.
what should i do?
