I lost access to former Frontpage Sections – can′t view them anymore!

    Regardig the Hestia theme:

    I think I deleted an original “page” in the “pages” section of the Dashboard…

    And now I lost all the Frontpage Sections I had designed… I can see them as existing in the left toolbar on “customize”, but I cannot restore them on the preview…

    Where are they??? All the layout has dramatically changed…

    Is there any solution to this? Or will I need to start from scratch?

    Can you please provide us with a screencast showing this exact issue? I am afraid that I can not access your site, it would be great if you could also let us know the steps you have followed in order to achieve this result, so we can try replicating.

    I don′t know how, but its all messed up!

    At this point, can I even just reset everything and start from scratch???

    I don′t even know what did I do… I think it was when I went to the “pages” section and I think I deleted the original layout of the whole thing…

    Thank you for providing the screencast!

    Can you please check a few things?

    1. If into Customizer > Homepage Settings > Homepage > that you have selected the correct page to show as your homepage. (Please also check how that page looks like into the Editor)
    2. If into Customizer > Appearance Settings > General Settings > you do not have the ‘Disable Frontpage Sections’ enabled.

    Oh YES! Number 1. worked!

    For some reason I had selected a different page as Homepage… need to put some order in the different sections, but it is back again!
