I thought that I had locked my IP address out, but I think I’m actually running into the issue of the login page has been changed.
I turned all of the plugins off from the phpmyadmin in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue, I went through my database to find the slug for my login page but now when I go to that page it gives me a 404, I’m thinking it’s because I turned off all of the plugins so the ALL in one plugin is off, I’m completely lost. I’ve done everything I could think to do, and it still isn’t allowing me to access my dashboard and fix things.
    Please Help!

Ok, this is literally happening on every single website I have this plugin on.

I tried to set the settings to reroute anyone that failed a login, however, I’m finding that no matter what I do I’m getting rerouted.

When I try to use the aiowps_login_page_slug it just returns the 404, I’m using it as follows:
    https://www.mywebsitedomain.com/slug

Please inform me if this is incorrect.

Hi, are you still locked out of your site? Or are you back in?

    Thank you

I’m still locked out. I’m wondering if perhaps I’m using the login slug incorrectly? I am currently using the domain/slug (as assigned in the “aio_wp_security_configs” table in my database) and it’s giving me a 404 error.

    Hi, try the following steps.

Rename the plugin folder via FTP to something like all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall-temp. Then log into your website again. Rename the plugin folder back to its original name. Enable the plugin and go to Dashboard -> Locked IP Addresses and unlock your IP address if it is locked.

I’m still having trouble when I try this on:
    https://www.beautifeyedayspa.net
    and
    https://www.soundbrainstudios.com

    Please advise

OK, so here is the process it takes to get back into your website.

Step 1: go into your DB_options and turn off all of the plugins.
Step 2: Clear all data between the #BEGIN ALL IN ONE and #END ALL IN ONE on the htaccess file.
Step 3: Rename the plugin directory via ftp to be “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall-TEMP”
Step 4: Log into the website, activate all of your plugins including the all in one security.
Step 5: Make sure all of your settings are correct.
Step 6: Rename the plugin directory back to “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall”

Hi, your steps are good. Although you don’t have to deactivate all the plugins. Deactivating All-In-One…. is more than enough. Unless of course there are other conflicts with other plugins.

Did you end up resolving your issue? If you did can you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you
