I like the plugin, but it is missing a couple of features that I need

I really like the form builder but there are some features I am looking for. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this with your plugin?

1. Only registered users can upload
2. If they select “no” to a particular field in the nmedia form, then they cannot upload. Must accept the terms.
3. uploaded file should be placed in a directory or gallery based on an EXIF field. For example, I want uploaded files auto placed in a directory based on the “capture month” in the file’s exif data. Others may wish to pull camera model, etc…
