Works as advertised, excellent support response

I hope it lets me write this new review, as my other one was old, and many versions ago. I use this plugin on just about all the sites I develop, and it works great. Not that it’s really needed, most browsers will translate a page. The one thing that a user complained about, which I once upon a time struggled with also, is if you play around with it to see what pages look like in other languages you don’t actually know, you may have a hard time getting back to the original default language. (for exaample, I don’t read Chinese, but I played with it, then I didn’t know how to read the word “English” …in Chinese, and couldn’t get back. Usually though, reloading the page will do it. But that may be a feature you may want to put in …somehow. (how, I don’t really know) …maybe picking the default language setting from WordPress, and adding a “reset” button, in “that” default language instead of the one the user clicked on. A client actually opened a chat because they did the exact same thing on my site, and I totally knew exactly what he did, LOL.

I’ve never had any problems with the program & how it works, but I did run across a simple code bug which I posted to the support forum. and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Normally I wouldn’t even expect it to be “read” that quickly…so the monitoring of the support forum for a free plugin is absolutely excellent! Years ago, I had rated this plugin 4 stars, but I now upgrade it to a full 5 stars, and I NEVER give out 5 star ratings! It literally means perfect, or “A-+” …and I just don’t ever see it happen. But this one does. Not only does it work great, but you can literally put it anywhere with the shortcodes. And it’s soooo configurable. Great job. Please keep it free.
