I like it!

Shelly,
Very nice job! I think I will use this when I want to put some instructions up in the Help tab.I’ll admit that I was baffled at first by the “Page Name” designation, until I found the fine print in the instructions about using part of the desired admin URL. I don’t have a better name suggestion, though. Maybe something like a tooltip around that spot would help.
“Big up” for making shortcodes work! The first time I tried another well-regarded help plugin, I was in need of displaying shortcodes in my instructions. Nowadays I’m a bit smarter and would have known to maybe filter that Custom Post Type, use a character, etc., but it’s great that it works immediately on yours.
Thanks very much for your good work!

I found your plugin in a very roundabout way. I was reading a web hosting review on WPMU, and your response was hilarious! I actually have 2 contenders that could give Godaddy a run for their money, or even beat them, at rottenness, believe it or not! iPage and Dotster.
