I killed my drop down menu in IE and Firefox

So this is a really old theme that I am working on it has no support from the designer and its kind of a pain. But I almost have this done! The drop down menu is gone and I am not 100% sure. I took out a bunch of old places where the theme was overriding the version of jQuery provided by WordPress and in the process killed the drop down. I feel like this is a small fix but I am just not sure what it is. Please any help would be great. check the site at https://www.francoitalianbistro.com/ the menu tab should have 3 items on the drop down. You can check in Chrome and see. Thanks everyone!!
