    Hello, I kept getting “There was a problem setting up your WooPayments account. Please try again.” this message. “Reset account” also not working. Please help

    Hi there!

    To assist you further, could you please confirm whether you are trying to connect WooPayments for the first time, or if it was previously connected to your site?

    If you are setting up the account for the first time, please ensure you have everything required for a smooth installation:

    • Your business is based in one of our?supported countries.
    • PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce are on recent versions.
    • Your site has?an SSL certificate?and is accessible over HTTPS.
    • You are at least 18 years old.

    Also, please make sure you are adding a valid email address. If you have a WordPress.com account, I recommend using the email address linked to your account.
