• I keep restroing my website because I keep losing my tables.

I recently intsalled Hummingbird plugin to compress css and js elements to improve my page speed insights, but I suspect everytime I use it my tables are going missing.

I sthere a known error with that plug in or there is something else going on? Also has the wp table builder got something to do with block editor plug in?

I exported my tables to re-import again but imported tables don’t have any styling or the photos I put, so what’s the point of exprt import then?

Okay an update: when I use Google page speed tool it always gives me advice to defer this js file:

    • /wp-content/plugins/wp-table-builder/inc/frontend/js/wp-table-builder-frontend.js?ver=1.3.0

however if I edit it then I lose all my tables. There are 3 more css and js files that are causing slow page speed according to some other page speed check tools:

    • /wp-content/plugins/wp-table-builder/inc/frontend/css/wp-table-builder-frontend.css
    • /wp-content/plugins/wp-table-builder/inc/admin/js/WPTB_ResponsiveFrontend.js
    • /wp-content/plugins/wp-table-builder/inc/frontend/js/wp-table-builder-frontend.js

What can I do in this situation? How can I defer js and inline css files without damaging my tables?

P.S. I am using Hummingbird Pro to audit and improve page speed on my wordpress site.

    Hi @snowman_tr,

Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

We have optimized the JS files and CSS files further for performance. From the next update, you will have the optimized files.

Even without optimization, they should not be a big hassle considering their combining size is less than 25kbs.

But deferring the JS can break things sometimes. We will see if we can make it work for that.

I will let you know if we come up with something.

    Kind Regards.
