    Hello,

all I need is to serve the webp images created with Optimus ( and hosted on keyCDN ) while using my preferred Cache solution.

Is this possible. Or do you have a solution just for that ?

    Thank you

Currently there is no other solution. When using most content delivery networks in combination with WebP formatted images you’ll want to deliver them using the extension (e.g. image.webp or image.jpg.webp) and not a MIME type overwrite. This is made possible with the Cache Enabler plugin, which creates two cached page versions, one for your default image format (e.g. JPG or PNG) and another for the WebP image format. The Cache Enabler plugin will then deliver the correct cached page to each browser to ensure visitors receive the image format accepted by the browser in use. Using this plugin requires that it’s not used in combination with another caching plugin.
