I just installed and i have troubles!

Hello, i just installed and works great, but have some issues.
My theme show the no of comments in the home (have to show the no of commments from fb comments). Before we use your plugin, this commenmts was showed (fat panda plugin). Now the new comments not appear, we lost the numbers of comments at home (thats is helpfull for the interaction).Can you help me? Thanks
