I Installed this Plugin and now my site is broken!

I downloaded and installed this plug in. I then enabled 404 redirects thinking that would take all 404 errors back to the home page but now every page except for my home page is throwing a 4040 error.
I have disabled this but it won’t go away.
Help I need my site up right away again. I thought I would use this to help improve SEO and fix page errors not destroy my site!
