i installed the Kivicare pluggin but it is not loading

  • Hello, I have installed the Kivicare pluggin, but it is not working; when I click on the link on the left, the page does not load. I just see the Kivicare logo animation . there are no errors in the UI but I see the below error in the browser console in dev mode

    We have checked the issue and tried to find a solution, but we could not find any issues related to our plugin in the debug.log.

    Could you please deactivate drop-ins plugins (https://prnt.sc/FGEkcSbyGeAC) to see if that resolves the problem? If the issue persists, please contact your hosting provider, as everything is working as expected on our end.
