I have two little problems

  • First of all; let me just say that I’m very happy ever since I started using WP. Never again am I to use another blogging CMS.

    My first problem is the thumbnail’s size on my website. It’s 150×150, but I want to change that to at least 180×180 – where do I do this? I just can’t figure it out.

    And secondly, if you’d be so kind to check out my site you’ll see, in the right menu, the following options; Recent – Popular – Comments. Recent works just fine, it shows the posts. But Popular and Comments doesn’t work, does anyone know how I can get that to work?

  • I hear you on blogging sites. I used Blogger for awhile and WordPress is like night and day.

    In wordpress for your first question, go to settings in the dashboard, and then select Media. Thumbnail size is first option.

    The second one is a little tricky as you are using a pretty customized looking theme. Theme Options also under Settings, might allow you to customize different features of this theme including what opens up when you click Popular and Comments. Maybe you also have to enable the widgets for comments?

    There’s nothing about popular and comment widgets in this theme, although the widget came with this theme.

    And I don’t want to use the standard thumbnail sizes. I want 180×180 which isn’t standard, how do I obtain that? Because I can’t fill in any custom sizes.
