i have two diffrent website can we use single plugin for sub domain

I have two different website can we use single plugin for sub domain.

1. like if user have created their account in website a and added some amount in their wallet account now they want to use that money in another website b for purchse product this senario is possible with this plugin?
2. another case is user has x amount in their wallet account now they want to use that money at restaurant for pay bill amount how can i archive that ? is this scenario is possible with the help of this plugin?
