I have to manually clear caches despite settings

  • I am having troubles with random pages showing up as white background with only hyperlinks and a slightly deformed logo after a specific set of tasks:
    1) Change and save something in Theme Child Functions
    2) Change a Page and Update (save) it.

    Once I do that, pages, posts and categories all have random pages that are unformatted as described above.

    To fix this, I have to manually Clear All Caches, and Manually Delete Cache and minified JS/CSS.

    I do have the Clear All cache as the setting for the New Post and Update Post settings.

    Any ideas? I’m working on fixing the pages showing up like that in the first place, but I don’t know what else may go wrong with whatever this issue is about.
