  • I’ve got the same problem! why the code isn’t just sent by email baffles me.
    Tried using the contact form and I’ve still not heard a reply.

    The same with me, bought the software but cannot upgrade because a license ID and key are missing. Nico Amarilla is not replying. I sent him another email, but I guess soon I will contact Paypal to get my money back…

    I still don’t have an answer from the developer, so no license ID and key. I opened a case at PayPal, but PayPal didn’t receive any message from the developer. But guess what? Last week my pro version suddenly updated to the latest version without an error! Somebody woke up?

    Yeh you’re right! It’s updating now. Still feel like we need some answers from the dev though.
