    Hello,

I’m trying to translate the following sentence into French in Woocommerce: “I have read and agree to the website %s” but it’s still in English.
    However, I’ve tried everything:
    Translation with Loco translate
    Deactivating and reactivating plugins

But none of the above solutions solves the problem.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

    Thanks

  • Hey there, @smyth2021! Thanks for contacting us.

WooCommerce translation is handled by our amazing community. Not all languages are 100% translated, so sometimes parts of the website will remain in English. You can check this site to see how is the translation on your language going.

But we are happy to help you take a look at this.

Have you downloaded the French translation yet? If so, which version, as we have a few different ones.

Can you please share a full screenshot showing exactly what you want to translate? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Here you can find more information about translations.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
