I have problems with paid addons and support does not respond!

I paid 40 euro for the pack of addons, it does not work correctly. Support responded within two days, but was not helpful and did not lead me to the positive result. After all, some of the data was imported okay, but since my catalog contains a lot of various options for products, this plugin turned out to be completely useless for me because of its simplicity. No money back policy does not allow me to get back my 40 euro… Take this into account.
