    Hello everyone, these days I have been changing the business rules of an yoga almeria gym. I want to change some promotions that have already expired automatically, but I don’t know which file I have to modify or the plugin itself gives you an option to change certain reservations. I hope you can give me at least some advice other than changing it manually.

    More specifically, I don’t understand what is a “promotion”, and I don’t understand what exactly you are trying to change.

    I want to reset the credits of certain products to 0 that are already expired, since it is a service that is sold.

    Is there a method to change this to be done automatically?

    On that page: https://yogamuladhara.com/reservas/ you have configured the calendar to allow customers to book past events.

    Go to Booking Activities > Booking forms > your form > Calendar settings > Availability tab > set “Make past events bookable” = OFF, and “Display Past events” = OFF > OK

    If you need to change the price in credits of a specific event (with the Prices and Credits add-on), go to Booking Activities > Calendar editor

    (If the event is repeated, you first need to unbind the desired occurence: mouseover the desired event > go to its settings > click “Unbind” button > select “Unbind the selected occurence” > click “Unbind” button again.)

    Then, mouseover the event > go to its settings > Price tab > here you can change the event price.
