I have problem with instalation

    I don’t know why, I already finish the WP instalation
    but after I upload the plugin, somehow I don’t know there is the “406 not acceptable”

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/ could not be found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I already Delete and re-install, but still same, anyone have an idea?

    I think I made a mistake with delete the .htaccess file
    how I make it back?

    my condition is :
    I cant access the admin panel
