I Have NO IDEA! Please Help!

    I downloaded the wordpress and read the read me in the folder and followed it. But, my problem is i cant find the /wp-admin/install.php!
    Now, if i needed to just click on the link to have it pull up in my browser then i have done so. I have edited the file its asks me to as best as i could. But not sure if I am doing it right. I then saved it as wp-config.php like its asks you to, and then it says upload everything. So I did. I have a hosting account with godaddy.com if that helps. Now with the hosting plan i have, it allows me to create a MySQL data base. So I did so. I then used that information to fill in the file. But that’s where its seams to be a problem. Also, do I upload the whole folder to my hosting account? If so, I have done so.

    IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME TO WORK THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I could really use the help right now.
