    Hi there,
Unfortunately I have lost my phone with google authenticator. Now it seems impossible to have access to my website https://www.elettromove.com.
Is there any possible way to fix it?
Will I be able to manage again my website?
Thank you for your help.. I am quite desperate right now!

    Hi

To gain access to your site immediately, you can rename the Wordfence plugin via FTP/SSH or your hosting control panel file manager. If you are not sure what to do your hosting provider may be happy to help.

Find the Wordfence directory in the file path below and rename the Wordfence directory as below:

    ~/wp-content/plugins/wordfence-disabled

You will now be able to log in to WordPress.

You then need to rename the Wordfence directory again to reactivate Wordfence as below:

    ~/wp-content/plugins/wordfence

At this point you won’t see Wordfence in the WordPress menu. Click the WordPress Dashboard menu item and you will then see the Wordfence main menu item appear. However, you may need to reactivate Wordfence on the WordPress Plugins page first.

You can then open the Login Security page and deactivate two factor authentication for your account and set it up again.

We recommend that you keep your two factor authentication recovery codes in a safe place that you can access at any time. Two factor authentication recovery codes allow you to:

    – Login and temporarily deactivate two factor authentication.

    – Setup two factor authentication again or on a different device.

    – Generate a new set of recovery codes.

I Have also gotten locked out of my WordPress because I changed phones and lost my authenticator data in the process. I`ve searched the entire internet and cant seem to figure it out. Bluehost tech support were awful just kept asking the same questions with not a single solution.

Can you help me, It will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    Hi @trutribee

You can use the instructions in my last reply. Bluehost will have to help you if you do not know what to do. Perhaps speaking to a different support agent there will be better for you.
