• Can any successful user help me please:

On the amazon ai plugin’s General Settings page it says “Required only if you aren’t using IAM roles”.
Well, there’s nowhere else a place to enter an IAM role, so I went ahead with General Settings page nonetheless, and pasted an
    aws access key
    and secret key
that I had created extra for this oh-so-great sounding plugin.

But I am getting “check your credentials”
Despite pasting them, I check again: all correct.

I am NO GEEK so please can you only reply with an EASY step process where I am going wrong setting up this plugin?

PS: For quick testing, I did re-use the AWS “group” from another plugin (same, massive, access rights) but that can’t be the problem.

And yes, the access key status IS active, in case you wondered.
Hence why I can’t see what’s missing for amazon ai plugin?

PPS: Our other plugin that also uses aws (s3 + Cloudfront) has clear setup instructions next to the fields to enter key details. Since this plugin’s setup doesn’t work the same way, it may be helpful if the authors could add such instructions too?

Oh Tomasz thank you so much for your personal reply,
I worded my question asking all existing users to try avoid bothering the author, you. Sorry I did now. You must be all too busy with such an amazing plugin!!

I’d LOVE to get it work as well, like the other reviewers here. Thank you. I wasn’t aware amazon makes emails, cool, i sent you one just now.
Whatever that’s for, Thank you so much.
