I have deleted pluggin and delete my cache but maintenance mode is ON!!

I have wordpress 4.0

Still dont understand why is the pluggin working even if i uninstall and delete the files!!!!

Please give me a solution

I have the same problem. My site is still running in the maintenance-mode. i′ve deleted the plugin after using, but the site is NOT online.

I′ve tested it in many browsers.

i have wp super cache pluggin disactivated but it was working too.
i have activated it and deleted WSC cache and now all is working.
