I have deactivated the plugin

    I am using the free version, and I have been forced to deactivate the plugin.

    I cannot make the videos play. When trying to click on the button “Click here to activate the content” (or similar label/text……..then nothing happens.

    I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge………..on both PC and smartphone. Sometimes Chrome works on both devices.

    What can I do?
