I have crashed my website when downloading answers

    Hi,

    This email is not a complain but I want to find a solution.

    I have tried this morning to download the result of a quiz with all the details and this has crashed my website for 30 minutes. The download (6300 answers) was obviously to heavy for my server, so I want to find a solution to be able to download these statistics.

    Is it possible to have the SQL query that returns all the results? Like that I could include dates in the SQL query to perform the import manually.

    It’s not possible to export them with a single query. The site crashes because you have too much data and the server memory is not sufficient to handle it. Filter the records, for example on date intervals, and this way you can export parts of it in individual files.
